As a Stainmaster Flooring Center, A.J. Rose will guide each customer to their ideal carpet with a focus on selection, service and satisfaction. The selection process involves three easy steps, with shoppers first using a touchscreen system in the carpet selection center to narrow down their preferred styles. Next, the customers turn to an in-store color lab, where they can use fabric samples, paint chips and color ideas that they’ve brought to view how the carpet will look in their room during both day and night. After the Stainmaster carpet is selected, shoppers pick out the right cushion by stepping on a cushion tester, and then they can schedule an installation with A.J. Rose.
