Supreme Management Group is a Wilmington, NC based marketing firm that works with clients in the home entertainment, satellite television and consumer electronics industries. Paired with the largest retailers in the country, Supreme Management Group is making moves to meet their client’s demands. With a philosophy of promoting from within, Supreme Management Group has a manager training program that is second to none. In just the first quarter of 2014, Supreme Management Group has already expanded.
Cass Jarrett, Supreme Management Group’s newest manager, is originally from Salisbury, NC. Cass grew up playing basketball, soccer and baseball as a pitcher and in the outfield. Cass graduated from East Carolina University in 2005 with a Bachelors of Science in Communication and a minor in Hospitality Management. Right after college graduation Cass worked in the hospitality industry for three years followed by healthcare for another three years. Cass then did cold calling sales until he was hired with Supreme Management in late October of 2013. Cass was promoted into an Account Manager positions within his first three weeks and into the Assistant Manager position within four months. Cass is now managing one of their new divisions in the Wilmington and Myrtle Beach area.
When asked about the manager in training position, Cass explained “It is very self-fulfilling. It makes a person better at everything from their own personal growth, teamwork, leadership and coaching others.” Cass just recently came back from a Manager conference in Dallas where he was able to learn from some of the best managers in the country. Cass’s favorite quote that he attributes his success to is “Try not to become a man of success, but a man of value” from Albert Einstein.
Supreme Management Group is growing quickly and looking for their next manager so they can fulfill their clients’ needs. With their regional meeting coming up in Atlanta, GA, Supreme Management Group’s forecasts look positive for 2014 and they expect to expand 5 more times this year alone.
