For the fifth consecutive year, Greater Boston flooring provider A.J. Rose Carpets & Flooring has delivered the excellent customer service required to earn coveted Angie’s List Super Service Awards. With three Massachusetts stores, including a new location in Saugus, A.J. Rose took home a pair of 2014 Angie’s List Super Service Awards in the “Carpet Sales and Installation” and “Flooring Sales and Installation” categories.
The 2014 Angie’s List Super Service Award winners have met strict eligibility requirements, including an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade and review period grade. The winning companies must also be in good standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines. With their ratings updated daily on Angie’s List, service companies are graded on an A-through-F scale in areas ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality.
“Only about 5 percent of the ‘Carpet Sales and Installation’ and ‘Flooring Sales and Installation’ companies in the Greater Boston area have performed so consistently well enough to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a really high standard.”
The latest accolades for A.J. Rose Carpets & Flooring mark the sixth year overall that the business has received an Angie’s List Super Service Award, dating back as far as 2008.
