Southern Land Company announces that its 302-apartment mixed-use community at 18th & Central in Denver will be named Centric LoHi. The development, scheduled to open in fall 2016, will include two buildings that feature studio, one bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes.
Centric LoHi is designed to connect residents through a variety of features including a rooftop deck, courtyard areas with outdoor furniture and fire pits, a game room, a wine lounge and daily events. Upscale amenities will include a heated saltwater pool, 24-hour fitness center, and on-site dog services such as dog washing and dog grooming areas. Centric LoHi will also provide covered bicycle storage, ski storage, and underground parking for its residents.
“Centric LoHi will be the epicenter of Denver’s desirable Lower Highland neighborhood, and its name reflects that distinction,” said Cindy DeFrancesco, Senior Vice President of Multifamily Operations at Southern Land Company. “This ideal location will enable residents to walk or bike to restaurants, bars, events and nearby farmers’ markets. Centric LoHi residents will be able to embrace the culture of Lower Highland while living in a best-in-class community that will become a destination in its own right.”
Centric LoHi’s temporary leasing office will open on May 23 and will be located just down the street from the community at 1671 Central Street. Apartments will be ready for move-in this fall.
Southern Land Company has hired seasoned multifamily property manager Mathew Stewart to manage the Centric LoHi community. Before joining Southern Land Company, Stewart managed a mid-rise building in downtown Dallas, Texas. He brings more than eight years of property management experience to Centric LoHi.
