The Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) has issued a warning to the public against making crypto purchases citing the lack of regulations and risks associated with cryptocurrencies. The warning came amidst worsening political and economic turmoil as protestors seized President Gotabaya Rajapaksas residence in Colombo.
